What’s news: ศาลปกครองกลางยกฟ้องคดีที่สมาคมผู้บริโภคฟ้องกสทช ว่าใช้อำนาจไม่ชอบในการให่ TRUE กับ DTAC รวมกัน
- For the 17th concession year, the verdict from CAC was in favor of CAT (or NT), ordering DTAC/TRUE to pay Bt3.975b with the interest rate of 7.5% a year from November 16, 2012 until April 10, 2021, and the interest rate of 5% a year from April 11, 2021 onward until full payment is made. TRUE preserved its right to appeal to the Supreme Admin Court within 30 days from the date of acknowledge of the judgement.
- For the 20th concession year, the court has yet to reach the verdict whether to order DTAC/TRUE to pay the additional revenue sharing from IC.
